There are several ways you can help wildlife and MARS:
Cash Donations are always appreciated. Donations can be made through Canada Helps 
where monthly contributions can secure funding year round and make budgeting easier - or a cheque in the mail gives us ALL the money directly, with no fees going to others. We can also take charge card contributions over the phone at 250-337-2021.
We are often looking for specific items such as:
- Copy paper
- Apples and oranges (to feed our mealworms)
- Toilet Paper
- Paper towels
- Dawn dish soap
- Liquid high efficiency (HE) laundry detergent (we have a front loading washing machine)
- Coffee (for our great volunteers)
- Printer cartridges for HP Officeject 6700 printer
- Canadian Tire Money (so we can buy the things we need)
- You can donate Quality Foods points to MARS. Just ask at the checkout and specify Mountainaire Avian Rescue Society.
- The Courtenay Return Centre at 493 Puntledge Road, Courtenay also has a number on file for us so that any returns can be credited to an account for MARS.(#135)
